CitySights NY Reviews

In 2019 we bought 4 freestyle passes from Citysights. Our trip has been canceled due to Covid. We have been working for 2 years now to extend these passes or get a refund. The amount was first refunded via Paypal but reclaimed the same week. They no longer respond to anything and they are unreachable. As if they have disappeared from the face of the earth

It was an amazing experience for my friend from Texas. We enjoyed sightseeing around the main spots of New York. We're having fun here and there. I highly recommend this!

City Sighths NY is connected with NY SighthseeingPass. On calling the attraction list you are routed to a SighthseeingPass URL but if you place a booking you do not get the 40$ SighthseeingPass credit required for additional attractions e.g. a free Empire State Building voucher. If you buy on SighthseeingPass website you are routed to a City Sighths NY for redeeming your 40$ credit. Strange procedures. Be careful!

The tour guide guy was just awesome!! So nice and so knowledgable, didn't miss a thing.
Only complaint, when we went to check in at kiosk inside the girl was sleepling at the window and seemed pretty mad for being woken...long day maybe!
But actual tour, would highly recommend to everyone, money well spent!!

Really Good Experience - I purchased the Freestyle Package with 5 Attractions and everything went really good. We use the buses all day long and all the passes. I would recommend this over all the other options - the waiting time for this and all other passes available are the same unless you have the VIP pass - that may be useful on some other times of the year - in our case I believe that the longest we wait was 15 minutes.

We were not told that for the attractions you can use your pass to.get the tickets but not that they are then valid for 30 days. We were not told.that the Woodbury common bus ticket is a discounted one so you can only use on certain timed busses. We had to upgrade for $12 each for the normal.port authority bus. The horse and carriage ride they knew nothing . No one told us we had to take I'd to get the voucher activated.needs more organisation.

Me & my husband really enjoyed our trip to New York and City Sights bus tour made it even better. The tour guides were great. They knew so much about the history of New York. We learned alot. The guide Red Debra was fabulous. There were plenty of tour guides all around the city that answered any questions that we had, if we had any. I would most definitely recommend this company. Will visit again.

This is the best way how to see everything from a big city without a lot of walking. Night tour was amazing, we went it twice. Ferry tour is also included and it was really something. You can easily find the bus stops, there are many men in red who belong to GREY LINE and they help you everytime. Some tour guides were funny, we had really great three days with GREY LINE tours in NY.

We booked 3 day pass with 3 attractions. We got uptown downtown Brooklyn bronx on/off tours. Ferry on/off. NIGHT tour. Entry to believe it or not. tickets for comedy club. We chose top of the rock. madame tussards and 911 but it's only for the tribute centre not museum. tour guides gerry and Phyllis and the lady on night tour great. WOULD defo recommend and I'd use again

more than 45 mn in between 2 buses. A person in charge (wearing blue coat -)even offended an english couple who wanted to sit upstairs only - he shouted at them that they were in the US and they had to do what he said : just sit and shut uP . INCREDIBLE. it was near by MACY S.
the other bus were empty - NO MORE with CITY SIGHTS NY
I also took the bus for BROOKLYN - VERY BAD TRIP _ nothing to see.
CONCLUSION : never again;
